For Damaged or Defective Items:

If your products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 2 days of delivery at no additional cost. Contact us at +91- or email info@gaiateppiche.com. We kindly request you share images of the issue for verification.

Reverse Pickup and Self-Shipment:

Reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. If unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the items. Instructions for self-shipment will be provided.

International Orders:

Reverse pickups are not available for international orders. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at +91- or email info@gaiateppiche.com. Please include a package-opening video for verification. Do not accept damaged packages from the shipping company to avoid liability transfer.

Sale and Offer Products:

Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Conditions and Exclusions:

To qualify for a replacement or refund, carpets must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Misuse of the product causing damage
  • Accidental damage by the customer
  • Missing parts or accessories of the rug

Time Sensitivity:

Damaged or defective items must be reported and returned within 2 days of delivery. Timely action ensures a smoother replacement process.

Shipping Policy

At GAIA Teppiche, we prioritize delivering high-quality rugs on time. Products are shipped throughout the week, excluding Sundays and holidays. Our meticulous packaging ensures items arrive in perfect condition.

  • Shipping Timelines:
    Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 5-7 days. Made-to-order rugs have a lead time of 3-4 weeks from the ex-factory date.
  • Accurate Address:
    Provide a precise shipping address to avoid delays.
  • Tracking:
    Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an AWB number and estimated transit time (typically 5-10 business days).
  • Damaged Deliveries:
    If a product arrives damaged, return it through the courier. Do not accept damaged items, as this shifts responsibility to you. GAIA Teppiche will replace such items at no additional cost.
  • International Shipping :
    International Shipping is subjected to an additional shipping charges.
  • Return Expenses :
    Returns on purchases above ₹10,000 will incur a ₹1,500 convenience fee.
