We aim to make your rug shopping journey seamless and enjoyable. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, so we’ve designed a straightforward return policy for your convenience.

Return Policy Details

International Orders

For international purchases, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not permitted. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before completing your purchase. Our support team is available to address any queries you may have regarding international orders.

Damaged or Defective International Orders:
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Email us at info@gaiateppiche.com with a picture of the rug, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

For Domestic Orders:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery at info@gaiateppiche.com. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Scheduling:
Once you reach out, we’ll coordinate a pickup at your convenience within 3-5 working days.

Packaging Requirements:
Ensure the rug is securely packed in its original materials. If the original packaging is damaged, let us know during your return request, and we’ll provide a tamper-proof packet for safe packing.

Quality Check and Refund:
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a detailed quality inspection. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 days in the form of credit points (1 Credit Point = 1 INR). These points can be used on future purchases within one year.

Terms and Conditions

To facilitate a smooth return, please review the following:

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  2. Item Condition: Rugs must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or soiling.
  3. Damaged Items: Returns are not accepted for items damaged after delivery.
  4. Size Alterations: Rugs altered for size are non-returnable.
  5. Original Packaging: Items must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
  6. Serial Numbers: Returns are void if serial numbers are altered or illegible.
  7. Quality Checks: Refunds or replacements are contingent upon passing our quality inspection.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@gaiateppiche.com with a photo for assessment.

Additional Notes

  • This return policy applies only to rugs purchased online.
  • Custom-made rugs and carpets are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Credit points cannot be redeemed for custom orders.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are non-returnable and available only in India.
